Annual Inspection & Semiannual Visual

If your building has BDA/ERCES installed, we inspect it — code-anchored, QR-verifiable.

Any installed BDA/ERCES system requires an annual operational test under NFPA 1225 §20.3.10 / IFC §510.6 plus a semiannual visual inspection under §20.3.10.2 — regardless of whether the building was newly constructed after the code took effect. Zion inspects to all seven required elements (coverage grid, gain, isolation, fault supervision, battery, spectrum, visual) and delivers a certified, QR-verifiable report your AHJ can validate on the spot.
